Agreement and operator
These terms are an agreement between you and Straightening Forks Ltd, which operates Venture. By creating an account or using Venture, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Your licence to use the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

Accounts and age
You must be at least 16 to use Venture. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Do not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without permission or use Venture if we have previously removed your account for a serious breach of these terms.

Safe and lawful riding
Never interact with Venture in a way that distracts you while riding or puts you or anyone else at risk.
Routes, maps, navigation and community recommendations are informational aids. Roads, access restrictions, weather, traffic and surface conditions can change, and we cannot guarantee that a route is accurate, open, legal or safe for you or your motorcycle.
Use your own judgement, obey road signs and applicable laws, ride within your ability and turn back when conditions require it. Venture is not an emergency service and does not provide crash detection or emergency assistance.

Community content
You keep ownership of routes, photos, posts, comments, ratings, reviews and other content you create. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy and display that content only as needed to operate and improve Venture and show it according to the visibility setting you choose.
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not post anything illegal, dangerous, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive or designed to spam or disrupt the service.
You can report content or block another user using the tools in Venture. We may review reports, remove content, limit its visibility or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law or protect users.

The Venture service
Venture's software, design, branding and content that we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use of Venture and in accordance with these terms and Apple's Standard EULA.
Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, sell or misuse Venture; attempt to bypass its security; introduce harmful code; interfere with the service; or use automated means to access it without our written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
We use reasonable care to keep Venture available, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Ending your use
You can stop using Venture or delete your account in the app at any time. Account deletion and the limited circumstances in which we retain information are explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content or suspend or close an account if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, create a safety or security risk, infringe another person's rights or if we must do so by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a reasonable opportunity to appeal by contacting us.

Liability, law and contact
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, business losses from personal use of Venture, third-party or user content, or riding decisions made in reliance on routes, maps or recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts that apply to you under UK consumer law. We may update these terms as Venture or the law changes and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
